About our operating hours:

All About Kids operates from Monday - Thursday between 13:00 - 17:00. All Kids should be fetched at 16:45. A fine of

R 30-00 will be invoiced to parents who fetch their kids later than 17:00 without notice. Every second Friday individual classes (one-on-one) take place.

All About Kids will be closed on weekends, public holidays and over the school holidays.

Pricing:

Grades R - 7:

​​

• Full month classes without transport = R1100 a month.

​

• Full month classes with transport from school (only schools within the area) = R1200 a month.

​

• Full month classes with transport from school and home after classes (only within our area) = R 1300 a month.

​​

• Individual classes for struggle areas (one-on-one)     = R80-00 an hour.

 

Grade 8 - 12

 

• Full month classes without transport = R1200

​

• Full month classes with transport from school (only schools within the area) = R1300 a month.

​

• Full month classes with transport from school and home after classes (only within the area) = R1400 a month.

​

• Individual classes for struggle areas (one-on-one)             = R95 an hour.

 

Payment Schedule:

 

All About Kids works on a prepay system, this meaning that the first payment for the year will take place in December and the last payment will be made in October. Any learner starting in a month other than January will still be expected to make a payment before the classes commence, e.g. If your child would start classes in July, a payment at the end of June would be made. Payments can be made in cash or electronically transferred into the business account.

 

All payments should be made before the last day of each month. Payments which are made later than the 6th of each month will be fined 10% of monthly payment. Payment for individual classes should be made on the day of the class or in advance for classes for the month. 

 

Other information:

 

Parents need to be aware that we always do our best to accommodate each and every learner to the best of our ability. However, sometimes a learner may not bring his/her own part and this makes it difficult on us to ensure definite improvement. We hereby believe that if a child fails more than one term they should be removed from All About Kids. We can only successfully help those who want to be helped. 

 

As stated in our application form, we do not tolerate misbehavior, kids will be given a warning for inappropriate behavior. After the third warning they will be asked to leave. These warnings are to be signed by a parent and returned. The warnings will be reset at the end of every term. 

 

Please note that All About Kids as well as the owners of our venue will not be held responsible for any incidents that may occur throughout the duration of classes. If all learners stick to the rules, no such incidents will take place.
